Sausage and Vegetable Soup

Ingridients
Instructions	Cook and stir onion in oil in soup pot until tender. Stir in water, Redi-Base, parsley, thyme, carrots, and celery. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes. Stir in zucchini, tomatoes, sausage and beans. Hat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for another 30 minutes. Skim fat, if necessary, before serving.
