Ingredients
3 tablespoons rice old wine
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash black peppers
1 medium cucumber, peeled
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons cilantro leaves, chopped
1 small red or immature chili, uninformed
Directions:

In a middle bowl, stir vinegar, sugar, salt, as well as peppers until sugarine as well as salt have been dissolved.
