2 c Flour 2 ts Baking powder 1 d Salt 12 oz Ale 1 Scallion — handful, chopped 1 Cheese — handful, grated Stir flour, salt, as well as baking powder together. Add beer. Stir in immature onions as well as cheese, if desired. Knead mix briefly, adding some-more flour if sticky. Shape in to the turn fritter as well as place in the greased cake vessel or upon the greased cookie sheet. Bake during 375 F. for thirty minutes, until golden brownish-red or until fritter sounds vale when tapped.
