Ingredients
1 tablespoon whole allspice
1 each cinnamon hang (3 inch)
3 cup apple cider
1 cup orange extract
1/2 each lemon, sliced
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 cup brandy
Directions:

Tie allspice in the square of cheesecloth. Place in the middle saucepan along with cinnamon stick, cider, orange juice, lemon slices as well as honey. Bring to the boil. Reduce feverishness as well as simmer, covered, 5 minutes. Remove piquancy bag. Stir in brandy. Serve with the cinnamon hang in any cup, if desired.

Makes 6 servings.
