2 1/2 c All-purpose flour 1 c Sugar 1 c Unsalted butter; malleable 1 lg Egg 1 ts Baking soft drink 1 ts Vanilla 6 oz Almond brickle pieces Preheat oven to 350F. In vast mixer play mix all mixture solely almond brickle bits. Beat during middle speed, scraping play often, until good churned (2 to 3 minutes). Stir in almond brickle bits. Shape dull teaspoonsfuls of mix in to 1-inch balls, place 2 inches detached upon greased cookie sheets. Flatten to 1/4-inch density with bottom of potion dipped in sugar. Bake for 8 to eleven minutes, or until edges have been really easily browned. —– |
