1 Egg

1 ts Almond remove

2 1/4 c All-purpose flour

1/8 ts Salt

1 1/2 ts Baking powder

Blanched almonds 1 Egg yolk as good as 2 tbsp. H2O

Cream cutting as good as sugars til fluffy. Add egg as good as remove as good as kick well. Mix in flour, salt, as good as baking powder. Roll 1 Tablespoon of mix in to the ball. Place 2 inches detached upon cookie sheet. Flatten to 2 inches turn as good as place almond in center. Brush with knocked about egg yolk as good as H2O mixture.
