2 Eggs, distant

Salt & peppers 1/2 ts Chopped parsley

6 Minced almonds

1/2 ts Baking powder

Flour Beat egg yolks really light. Add salt, pepper, parsley, almonds, baking powder, & sufficient flour to have the VERY unbending batter. Add knocked about egg whites. Test the teaspoonful in hot H2O – if it boils apart, supplement some-more flour. Drop from teaspoon in to hot soup 10 mins prior to serving. This is from The Settlement Cookbook.
