1 c Cake flour

1/4 ts Salt

1/2 c Sugar; meagre

1/2 c Butter; soothing

1 ts Orange zest; abrade

1 lb Egg yolk

1 ts Ground allspice

2 tb Ground almonds

1 lg Egg

Combine flour as good as 1/8 ts salt upon piece of waxed paper. Set aside. Cream sugar, butter as good as orange liking in mixer until light as good as fluffy. Add egg yolk as good as mix well. On low speed, supplement flour mixture, allspice as good as almonds. Mix well. Use 1 tb mix per cookie, spacing them 2″ detached upon greased baking sheet. Gently squash mix with fingers in to 2-inch rounds. Froth egg as good as superfluous 1/8 ts salt with flare in tiny bowl. Lightly brush glitter over cookies. (Remaining glitter can be refrigerated up to 5 days as good as used in alternative baking). Bake during 350 until cookies have been easily browned around edges, about eleven to twelve minutes. Cool 5 mins upon baking sheet, afterwards send to handle shelve to cold completely.
