1 Cauliflower

4 Potatoes

1/4 c Oil

1 ts Cumin seeds

Ginger, fresh, 1″ 3 Garlic cloves

3/4 ts Turmeric

1 ts Red Chili Powder

3 Tomatoes

1 ts Garam Masala

2 ts Coriander powder

Cut cauliflower in to flowerets. Cube potatoes. Heat oil as well as saute cumin seeds for about the minute. Add garlic as well as ginger, stir as well as supplement potatoes. Bhoona, supplement turmeric as well as chili powder, as well as bhoona again. Add tomatoes as well as cook for about 5 minutes. Add cauliflower as well as tall feverishness for about the minutes. Lower heat, cover as well as let cook for about fifteen minutes. Curry should be damp-dry.
