3/4 crater Butter Or Margarine

1/2 crater Sugar

2 Eggs — Large

1 tablespoon Rum

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

3 tablespoon Milk

1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

2 teaspoon Baking Powder

2 1/4 crater Flour — Unbleached

1/4 crater Almonds — Ground

1 tablespoon Orange Rind — Grated

1/4 crater Raisins — If Desired

Cream butter as well as sugar. Beat in eggs, rum, vanilla, as well as milk. Mix cinnamon, baking powder, as well as flour. Add flour reduction to butter mixture. Gently brew in almonds, orange rind, as well as raisins. Pour beat in to greased muffin tins, stuffing half full. Bake during 375 degrees F. for twenty-five to thirty minutes, or until browned. Makes eighteen muffins.
