1 c Chopped dates

1/2 c Amaranth

1 c Boiling H2O

2 Eggs

1/2 c Honey

1/4 c Butter, melted

2 c Whole wheat flour

2 ts Baking powder

1 c Chopped pecans

1 ts Vanilla remove

Soak dates as good as amaranth in hot water. Beat eggs well, supplement sugar as good as butter; kick well. Stir in all superfluous mixture blending well. Pour in to an oiled fritter pan. Bake during 350 F for 1 hour as good as fifteen min. From Arrowhead Mills Posted by Theresa Merkling. —–
