1 1/2 c graham cracker dejected 1/2 Stick butter, melted 15 oz Ricotta cheese 8 oz Cream cheese 4 Eggs, easily knocked about 1/2 c Sugar 1/3 c Amaretto wine 1 t Vanilla 1/4 ts Salt Great surfaced with strawberry jam.
