5 Boned Chicken Breasts

3 tb Flour

1 1/2 t Salt

1 1/2 t Ground Pepper

2 t Paprika

1 tb Vegetable Oil

3 tb Butter

1 1/2 tb Dijon Mustard

1 cn 6 1/4 oz Frozen Orange Juice

1 c Amaretto

Mix the can of solidified orange extract with the half can of water. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika as well as garlic salt. Coat duck with this mixture. Heat oil as well as butter in skillet as well as saute duck until brown. Remove as well as put in casserole. To skillet, supplement mustard, orange extract as well as Amaretto.
