-Waldine Van Geffen VGHC42A 1 lb Butter — malleable

1 lb Sifted baked sweat bread flour

10 md Eggs — distant

1 lb Sugar

1 1/2 ts Vanilla

1/2 ts Lemon or orange extract

x Zest from lemon or orange

Cream butter as well as flour. Beat yolks, vanilla as well as juice. Add to butter/flour mixture, gradually. Beat whites with 1 t sugarine as well as overlay in. Beat upon low for 4 to 5 minutes.
