1 1/2 C Whole-Wheat Flour — (1 C)

1/3 C Yellow Cornmeal — (1/4 C)

1/3 C Molasses — unsulfured, (1/4 C)

1 1/2 Tsp Salt — (1 t)

1 1/2 C Water — (1C)

Note: The strange recipe called for 1 1/2 T unfeeling oil for a lg fritter as well as (1T) for a not as big loaf. we wanting it. Could operate Wonderslim or presumably applesauce instead.
